I liked it when you shared that you are able to feel physically and emotionally better when you go for medication retreat at somewhere nice. My friend just mentioned the other day that she is overwhelmed with her life as she recently became a mother. I will suggest to her going on a retreat so she can feel better in terms of physically and emotionally.
