PRIVATE MEDITATION CLASSES. Whether you want to learn meditation or deepen your practice, we come to you for 1hr or 1.5hr class. After a short introduction to meditation and its long-term benefits we practice different techniques to give you the confidence and ability to keep on practicing by yourself.
MEDITATION & MINDFULNESS WORKSHOPS. Two hours mindfulness workshop where we introduce the power of mindfulness and meditation for our daily life and we practice several techniques. We alternate between traditional sitting meditations and meditations in movement/ activities which are unique to us. It gives you a positive and powerful experience of meditation. MINDFULNESS ESCAPES. Half a day mindfulness/ meditation teaching and practice in nature. We drive to a beautiful place in the Byron Shire to the beach/ rainforest, and practice the power of being present. We apply mindfulness to our walks while discovering beautiful Byron Bay.
