Reiki combines the Japanese and Chinese word-characters of "rei" (universal) and "ki" (vital energy). Reiki is this vital energy channeled to support the body's natural ability to heal itself.
Reiki is helpful to treat physical, mental and/or emotional issues, and is excellent for stress relief.
