Private Meditation Classes
Meditation & mindfulness session at your accommodation.
It includes an introduction about the mind, mindfulness and the power and benefits of meditation.
Then we learn and practice different meditation & mindfulness techniques: some traditional sitting meditations, some in activities (with longer sessions), and some healing/ manifesting visualisations if desired.
We aim to teach several various techniques so the participants become confident enough to keep on practicing by themselves later on.
The mind is a powerful tool when we learn how to use it properly, and meditation is an amazing way to master our minds.
Suitable for beginners or advanced practitioners.
(Price can be shared between a few people if you are a couple or small group up to 6 people.)
